Default Does anyone know a FedEx Driver?

Hey there–

There is some new information out about a potential class-action suit involving FedEx and employee classification practices. If you work for FedEx or know someone who does you may be eligible to join the investigation, which could lead to a class-action lawsuit.

Currently there have already been 40 suits filed in 30 states across the country.

If you are interested there is more information available at www.hbsslaw.com.

Yeah, I talk to a couple of the Fed Ex drivers that we see every night. One of them is a Ground driver, that I run with every once in a while. A friend of mine that worked with us at SYSCO now drives for Fed Ex freight. I dont want to get into no investigation, though. :P
