You can't take the per diem if you don't itemize. I don't believe there is a line for it on the 1040 EZ.

You can claim either the standard allowance or actual expenses. __________________ Finding the right trucking company is like finding the right person to marry. I really comes down to finding one whose BS you can put up with and who can put up wih yours.
