Edit: For the US, it will happen later today due to the time difference but in Iraq it will already be Saturday when it happens. Word being passed around is sometime in the next few hours.

This thread seems to be more of a "Countdown" or "Latest Update" thread, and I did not want to disrupt the integrity of the thread by vectoring off into personal musings. I'm sorry to Yoopr and Useless...I get carried away, and do too much knee-jerk humor, poking fun, hijacking, and it's not necessary. Thanks for the body check...maybe I can slow down some.

Less than 5 hours and ticking. Iraq is saying between 6-7 am local time or 9-10 pm EST here in the US. US actually still has him in custody and will not hand him over until he walks onto the gallows. At that point, US forces will back off but they will still be guarding the proceedings. Afterwards, the body will be taken done and given to the family to do as they wish.
