There are other scientists that are recording ice shelf build up in other regions. So what do we do with that info?

This is scare tactic stuff to steal more money from us productive types. It is called TAXATION!

When you own a business, you will understand this. Ain't no way man can destroy this planet like they say. And who the hell are "they"? "They", are the bunch calling for global taxation, "they" are the usual suspects.

 

Oh, no, I don't think that at all. Did you not see Gore's tax thing? I forget how it goes, but it eliminated people like us paying ANY taxes.

And really, why not... why should the richest pay the least taxe?

That last part of it shows the things that could be different and it would totally change the way it's going.

But me, personally, I changed the way the ground around my house is used. Instead of pulling up the "weeds" I let different ones grow. And that side of my garden was ten degrees cooler.

The first or second part of the film shows this graph of the temperature... and it's like a series of wwwww s.... but only they sort of aim up.

Gore apparently asked his teacher why it went up and down so regularly every year.

The answer was that in spring and summer the plants take in carbon dioxide and give out oxygen. So each year there's a regular almost breathing of the atmosphere.

So instead of pulling weeds and letting the "lovely" smooth clean earth show, I let the ... darn it I forget the names, but the one is a great salad type plant... and it just loves to grow.

Also I have my house pretty cool in the winter, which saves fossil fuel.

I was keeping on a lot of lights... for my seedlings, but now... I'm rethinking that.

Iraq is a mess. I agreed with the decision to invade Iraq as a Gulf War Veteran. 41 listened to the Generals and followed their guidance, 43 on the other hand sadly has not. AL BORE would have made it an even bigger debacle than it is now.

Let's start with Al Gore trying to replant his Christmas tree. Yes, I heard him saying that on Oprah. He and Tipper took the the Christmas tree out in the yard and tried to replant it. Guess what, it died!? :roll:

You sound like a sweet person, you and my wife would get along very well. You two sound allot alike, and she has one hell of a flower garden!

As far as links, I don't have any, because I drive. I get my info off of the radio and parusing the Internet. I don't save the Internet stuff, because I know what I know. I have been in the medical field, surgical nurse, cleaned toilets, four year stint in the US Navy, the oil patch in Alaska, and owned a few real businesses. Call it the school of hard knocks.

And I don't like to get into this pseudo religious stuff, because that is what Al Gore is pushing. I am sure there is some good info there, but on the whole, it boils down to to a nightmare for our country.

I have been on both sides of the coin, left and right, and learned my lesson. I can say this, and you can say that. And we both have supposed reliable sources. We can argue until the cows come home, and nothing will be solved, because the information we rely upon is politically generated.

Here is what I know, the touchy feely are running things. And there are more and more touchy feelies voting my ability to feed my family out of existence every day.

When you own a business, this fact will become evidently clear.

 

I think it is time to take off the rose colored glasses and come into reality.
The ultra liberals have no concept what reality is.
