After years behind the wheel hauling loads across the country, I'm planning a well-deserved vacation where someone else does the driving for a change! Looking at Italy for next year and would love to hear from drivers who've done tours there with private drivers/guides.

Mainly interested in:
• Private tours (no massive tour buses!)
• Local driver/guide who knows the hidden gems
• Focus on authentic food experiences
• Mix of countryside and cities
• Maybe 10-14 days

Anyone done something similar? What tour companies would you recommend? Thinking Tuscany and Amalfi Coast, but open to suggestions. Thanks in advance, fellow drivers!
