That's got to be a load of BS!!! Guess the US would be a favorite place to drive for ya'll wot, I mean, we ain't got nothing like that London traffic, right?? I have heard horror stories from my girl friend who used to live directly south of Heathrow by about 10 miles. She said it would take her something like an hour or more to get home from the airport when she flew home. She never drives anywhere there, takes the Tube everyday to and from work. Her first time driving was here in the US from her apartment to work one day. She enjoyed it but said it was scary getting on the Interstate with all the vehicles going so fast and with the big trucks and all. The vehicles here run around 120 KM an hour average or 75 mph on the Interstates.

Well, if you take your average speed, and half it,then divide by fifteen, half it again, then you have average speed of the M25 around Heathrow

Wot, would you tell us some of your driving experiances both in GB, and in Europe. Do you generally run in Europe, or is that only once in awhile? Do you cross on boat? or take the tunnel? What is it like crossing boarders? Do you need to know other languages? Trouble reading road signs?
How far is Edinburgh from London? (just curious) Are your reefer units trailers? or straight trucks? HOS? Do you have Truck Stops like we have? I guess I have lots of questions, and you may have spoke about these things before.

Just let me know

The route planner link is nice...thanks.
You are our only link to England and Europe that I am aware of. I've seen other European drivers post here in the past, but they have not stuck around long.
*That thread you suggest would be "Rewardian...very, very, very...Rewardian."
(that is quoting a funny new TV commercial we we have...cracks me up)
I wish we had more European drivers posting here. Are their any Truck message boards like this over there, that you post at as well? Also, curious how you learned about us....well...okay...I'll stop. This can go to the new thread. Thanks again.
