Ramblin man
The Original Six days on the Road is the BEST
even though its not really about truckin' per se I like Tom T. Hall the cowboy and the poet (aren't truckers just modern day cowboys anyway?)...

"Its faster horses, younger women, older whiskey, and more money"

Hey Malaki, Washington, PA here..I make it down your way delivering to the mines quite a bit.....how are ya???

Convoy! LOL I haven't heard that in FOREVER! LOL. I need to go buy the Cw McCall CD. I used to have the cassette when I was in the military and was runnin Detroit to Northern VA (Sterling) every weekend. Had a 1996 Z-28 with 703HP hittin the ground, two K40 whips on either side of the rear hatch SWR tuned to a Cobra cb. Truckers loved me cause I was runnin about 90-100mph and I'd let them know when I passed a cop

Washington is only 60 miles north of where I live - Just outside of Fairmont off of I-79. The only times I've ever been to a mine was when I'd go in with my dad on his day off so we could go hunting/fishing on the mine's land. He was an engineer at Robinson Run outside of Shinnston.
