I just finished sanding and sealing the boards that replace the boards that were too short...
When I went outside to dump my coffee grounds in the garden, I found the half gnawed pear on the deck. I could not remember if I'd taken it off the deck before I started... or not. Then I heard something, and there was the squirrel running toward the crack in the fence. Happiness! There is a squirrel! and it seems to like my deck.
