Such as the extremely attractive young teacher who was interviewed by Matt Lauer and got away almost scott free by playing the bi-polar, victim of rape at a young age herself card.

The fact remains, like it or not, our society does not treat perpetrators equally if their gender doesn't match the stereo-type.

So do you suppose the Covenant driver has a job anymore as a trucker? (EVER?) What an embarrassment to that company- on national television. Did ya'll ever see the first episode they did on that- where the one guy was a rabbi and one other one was a teacher or something. Unreal. Whats even worse is one guy they had caught came back a second time! What an idiot!

 

that guy can probably never get a job! And the way he screamed when he was on the ground while they were arrested him, he probably knew it...if that was my company id be embarrased!....yeah i seen the rabbi....on the next episode they have ANOTHER RABBI.... this past one they had a preacher also..... what about the one where the guy brought his son with him?!?!?!?!?!?!

 

The sad part is that with all the laws that are in place, some of these guys will serve out their sentence, then slip back into society unknown. There is a loophole in the enforcement part of it.

If they serve out their sentence, they get out with no parole. The day they get out, they get on a bus to another state and there is no paperwork to follow them. No one to report to. Simply don't register. Start over again and blend back in. In a half a dozen years, they're right back at it.

I recently turned one guy in to the county that got out in '99. Moved to WI from KY and hasn't registered in the last 7 years. But he served 9 years for INCEST WITH A CHILD which requires registration for a lifetime. According to the JACOB WETTERLING ACT and MEGAN'S LAW, they must register within 10 days of any address change. I figure that in 7 years, if he hasn't registered yet, he has no intention of doing so. We'll see what happens now.
