Default Another lovely example of getting bent over...

Glad this rarely happens to me. Delivered a load in Buena Vista,VA yesterday morning. Had a reload in Big Island,VA 19 "paid" miles away. Anyone who's been to that lovely tucked away Georgia Pacific plant in Big Island knows what I'm talkin about. Had to go down to Roanoke, then across to Lynchburg and up that way, since we ain't allowed on 501 between Buena Vista and where 501 and 130 meet. Actual miles-118. Love my job!

I use to drive for JB and got that run a couple of times. I forget what road it is that takes you straight to the interstate but they have the permits at the Georgia Pacific plant.

Also if I remember right there is a low clearance location that states either 13'6" or 13'4" but the truck fits under there fine.

Good luck

I ran the same load, but came down from Raphine. Hwy 122 is no joy, that's for sure.
