And I took my son to see Iron Man on Saturday. Packed house...audience went nuts. Phenominal movie...Robert Downy Jr. was excellent as Tony Stark. Will probably take wife to see it this week.
I watched Iron Man the other night from the comfort of my bed, and I loved it. I may have to go see it in the theater now. |

Go get your martini...
Also saw the new TMNT movie on HBO this week, I liked it so much better than the ones that came out in the 80's. This one was a lot darker. I was a big Turtles fan.
Am I only girl that's into these comic book movies?
Nope! I loved the Lara Croft movies and am waiting for WitchBlade next year. Loved the TV series and think it's one of the most beautiful comic books I've seen. A bit on the "mature" side though.
Hearing GREAT things about Ironman, and Wanted (release date June 27) is supposed to be another awesome comic turned movie. I love the TopCow comics! http://topcow.com/comics |

I have the 8 at a time subscription with unlimited instant watching.
The next 2 movies I want to see in the theater are the new X-Files movie and the new Star Trek movie.
I bought Transformers before I ever watched it. Saw Sweeney Todd in the theater then bought it. Those are the newest movies that I have bought on DVD.
I am currently working on building up my 24 collection and my collection of fictional disaster movies then will work on building up my horror, science fiction, true and fictional crime and true and fictional medical dramas. |

| I watched "Second Hand Lions" the other day. Old, but a real tear jerker. One of the posters on the message board has the quote "Dance Like no bodies Watching" at the end of thier posts. Kinda made me think of that movie. |

| Just saw "Speed Racer", it was good. Although it was a little too long for small children to sit through. It makes you want to drive real fast. I want a Mach 5. |

Indiana Jone Raiders of the Lost Ark.....

Holds up well for being almost 30 years old.
Kids liked it.
Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom...

That little kids was so cute. My boys really enjoyed that
although the kept calling Indiana, Hans Solo.
We did see the bar in the being, had a Star Wars name.
Nice touch by Lucas.
they were pretty well made. But once again I am reminded of Romacing the Stone movies, something about going on adventures in strange countries. |

| I just saw "The Queen". It was great. Now I know why Helen Mirren won the Academy Award. She even looked like Queen Elizabeth. I'll probably watch it again, to see the parts that I missed. |
