The five drivers who were carefully selected by the Fleet Management at Shaffer Trucking were Bill Smith Doug Weaver Franck Ciotkowski Jerry Lemons and Tracey Slough. The elements included in the selection process were: safety mileage longevity attitude appearance and the manner in which these drivers maintained their tractors inside and out. Shaffer Trucking believes that these are the key traits of a true professional and a driver who takes a great deal of pride in their work.

Reaching our 75th anniversary is such an exciting and significant milestone said Jonette Zeigler Director of Company Fleets at Shaffer Trucking. The commitment to safety and excellence by our drivers and non-driving associates over the years has brought us to where we are today. We were very pleased to present the trucks to Bill Doug Jerry Frank and Tracey. These five drivers are a great representation of the many outstanding professional drivers at Shaffer Trucking who will continue to build upon the longstanding success at our company.
