Miller Transporters Inc. bulk carrier based in Jackson MS and National Tank Truck Carrier member was presented the Platinum Award by Great West Casualty Company as part of the 2015 National Safety Awards Program.  This marks the second consecutive year that Miller has been awarded the National Safety Awards Program’s highest honor.

The National Safety Awards Program recognized carriers in similar operations (truckload and less than truckload) with awards based on their year-end preventable accident results.  Carriers are eligible to receive a Platinum Gold Silver or Participatory award.  This past year the National Safety Awards Program drew over 675 participants from across the country.
