(CTL) a National Tank Truck Company serving the 48 contiguous United States Mexico and Canada with 12 terminal locations announces monumental enhancements to its Company Driver Pay Package. These changes effective February 5 2005 will include significant increases in the Longevity Pay schedule and revisions to the Quarterly Safety and Performance Bonus.

These pay scheme enhancements reflect CTL’s motivation and desire to recruit and retain its most critical asset Professional Tank Truck Drivers! CTL’s Longevity pay schedule is designed to compensate drivers based on their tractor-trailer driving experience. With these changes CTL has increased each longevity pay schedule stage and offers both current and new drivers joining CTL credit for all of their verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience. CTL’s current Professional Tank Truck Drivers with 7 or more years of tractor-trailer experience will immediately take a 5% increase. The average annual pay increase for all of CTL’s Professional Tank Truck Company Drivers is between $1500 and $2500.

CTL Company Drivers will also benefit from an enhanced Quarterly Safety and Performance bonus as well as adjustments in specific flat rated business. Along with CTL’s existing Driver Tuition Reimbursement program with reimbursement up to $3000 and the new hire sign-on-bonus of up to $2000 CTL also offers predictable and flexible family driven schedules for drivers!
