All Trucks are Freightliner Cascadia Equipped with Sirius XM Radio, Inverters, APU’s, and Refrigerator 53’ Flatbed and Step Deck Conestoga Trailers = NO TARPING! We go to all 48 states
All of our trucks are less than three years old and feature Sirius/XM radio, inverters, APUs, and a refrigerator.
Excellent Pay:
- $1,000 sign-on bonus $500 immediate sign-on bonus $500 safe-driving bonus after 90-days of hire (with no incidents)
- .58-cents per mile (all loaded miles) and .48-cents per mile (all empty miles) and .65 Cents per mile (on any placarded Hazmat loads)
- Most drivers average 3,000 miles per week; Extra pay for detention, layovers, partial loads, extra stops, border crossing
- Paid one-day orientation class
- Paid two-day securement class (required for drivers with no previous experience pulling flatbed or step-deck trailers) We pay for hotel accommodations, transportation, and $150 per class day
- Weekly direct-deposit pay (W2)
- Monthly cell-phone allowance
- Referral bonus! Refer an OTR driver to our company and we’ll pay you $500 after they reach 90 days of employment with Ideal Transportation!

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1) At least 23 years old
2) 1 year Over the Road (OTR) experience within past 3 years -OR- 2 years OTR experience within past 5 years.
3) No reckless driving or careless driving tickets within past 3 years
4) No DOT preventable accidents within past 12 months
5) No Felony within past 7 years, No DUI within 5 years
6) Must start process for HAZMAT within 3-4 weeks of application (we will reimburse you for the cost)
7) Must have at least one year of tractor trailer experience
