Duncan & Son Lines, Inc. started in 1942 and is now the largest intermodal carrier in Arizona. We have dedicated runs from Phoenix, AZ to Long Beach, CA. All our company drivers reside in Arizona and are having dinner with their family and sleeping in their own bed every other night. They typically run a 3-turn weeek. On Sundays, Tuesdays and Thursdays they are taking a load to Long Beach. On Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays they are bringing a load back home. So that means....you are HOME EVERY MONDAY, WEDNESDAY AND FRIDAY, usually between 3:00-6:00 p.m. Drivers have every Saturday off. If a driver does not want to go out on Sunday (everyone needs a whole weekend off once in awhile!), this is fine as long as it does not exceed 2 Sundays per month. You will not find better home time, consistent miles, and an easier bunch of people to get along with. At Duncan, everyone knows your name! We do not and will not ever refer to a driver as a truck number!
