COMPANY TRUCKS ARE PRIMARILY 2015-2018 MODEL YEAR

Base Solo OTR Transition Pay= $650/475 1st check plus $0.05/mi extra for 90 days plus CSA bonuses of $650/$475 at 30, 60. and 90 days plus 1 day of PTO (vacation) at 30, 60 and 90 days (limited time)

Team Transition Pay = $1250 each driver 1st check & split extra $.05/mi for 90 days plus $750$/575 at 30,60,90 days plus 1 day of PTO (vacation) each at 30,60 and 90 days (limited time)

Barr-Nunn offers the following Home Time Options for Company Drivers and Owner Operators

  • Ohio Regional- Home every weekend - $0.53/mi
  • Northeast Regional - Home every weekend -$0.56/mi
  • OTR - Home every other weekend -$0.50-$0.55/mi
  • Virginia Regional- Home every weekend - $0.54/mi
  • Florida Regional - Home every weekend - $0.45/mi 


Barr-Nunn pays on Practical Miles (5% more then household movers guide miles) for all OTR drivers with 1-5 years experience. On top of this pay "Band Pay" rates apply based on the length of haul of the load you run:

  • 0 - 50 miles   =  $0.88/mi + $15
  • 51-100 miles =   $0.88/mi
  • 101-200 miles = Base Plus $0.10/mi
  • 201-300 miles = Base Plus $0.06/mi
  • 301-400 miles = Base Plus $0.04/mi
  • 401-550 miles = Base Plus $0.02/mi

*does not apply to empty miles, split loads or loads over 551 miles in length. 



TEAM DRIVERS EARN $0.65/MI - $0.72/mi ALL MILES


TEAM DRIVERS ARE ASSIGNED A 2017-2019 FREIGHTLINER CASCADIA with a 1500 watt inverter 

 All Company drivers have $0.02/mi on all paid miles contributed to their 401K starting Day 1.

Blue Cross Blue Shield Insurance:

  • $42/week = Single
  • $89/week = Employee plus Dependent
  • $107/week = Employee plus Spouse
  • $113/week = Family



Other Benefits
