Founded by Mose and Dorothy Higginbotham, Ozark has grown into a fleet of more than 700 company and owner operator trucks. Now, 50 years later, the company is owned by brothers Steve and Tommy Higginbotham. Dorothy Higginbotham, known by everyone at Ozark as Ms. Dorothy, is still an active member of the Ozark family, as she sets an example for the two brothers and the rest of Ozark’s vast extended family to follow. She believes in hard work, dedication, and a smile everyday. Ozark has been a family based company and, even with its size, remains a family based company.
