We are hiring experienced Class A CDL Drivers for a high-paying, dedicated opportunity offering weekly home time and consistent regional routes. This position is ideal for drivers who want strong earning potential along with a predictable schedule.

This role combines steady driving with hands-on work. All freight is dry, and drivers will be responsible for unloading trailers using rollers. On average, drivers handle 2 to 4 loads per week, with 3 to 4 stops per load.

Route Information:

• Regional routes throughout Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Utah, and Northern California
• 2 to 4 loads per week with multiple stops per load
• Predictable freight with steady miles

Schedule:

• Weekly home time (34-hour reset)
• Days off vary based on freight demand
• Additional time off may be available depending on volume
• Holiday schedules may require extra flexibility

Compensation:

• $29.00 to $30.50 per hour (0–48 months experience)
• $31.00 per hour (49–200 months experience)
• Additional safety and performance bonuses available

Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum of 3 months driving experience
• Ability and willingness to unload trailers using rollers
• Strong safety record and work ethic
• Must have a safe, authorized place to park the truck if living more than 50 miles from Ridgefield, WA
