Hawk Logistics is a driver-owned, asset-based carrier headquartered in Vancouver, WA with a terminal in Dallas, TX. We run a consistent out-and-back setup: Washington,  Dallas, Washington. Trips range from 4,100 to 5,500 miles over 8–11 days, and you can take your 34-hour reset at home in either WA or TX.
Pay (W2 — all miles paid, loaded and empty):

• Drivers earn up to $0.70+ CPM

Additional Pay:

• extra stop pay & layover pay 

Bonuses:

• Quarterly $200 clean record bonus (no violations or damages)
• Annual $250 clean MVR bonus (after 365 days)
• Clean inspection bonuses: Level 1 — $400 | Level 2 — $300 | Level 3 — $200
• Fuel efficiency bonus: up to $0.01–$0.02 extra per mile/month from day one
• Safety bonus: up to $0.01 extra per mile/month from day one

Wage Range: 65000.00 - 120000.00 per year
