JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

CDL Driver-Class A

API Supply Lifts is seeking a Class A CDL Driver. As a CDL driver, you will deliver and recover a variety of aerial lift equipment to and from customer worksites. This role will be hauling equipment on a flatbed or lowboy trailer (dovetail) in a variety of conditions, including urban, suburban, rural settings.

Ability to drive safely in tight settings such as construction zones is required.

Education or experience that prepares you for success:

• Education High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid Driver's license with CDL License and acceptable driver's record.
• 3 years driving experience required.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Prior experience with commercial/construction equipment or towing required.
• Experience driving flat-beds, lowboy dovetail trailers required.
• Familiarity with DOT tie down requirements.
• Operator experience with SkyJack, JLG, Genie aerial lifts or heavy equipment preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot and make minor repairs to equipment and vehicle at job sites.
• Customer service attitude.
• The physical demands of this role require.
• Bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors daily, year-round in various weather conditions.

Typically driving 6am-2:30pm
