CDL-A Team Truck Driver Pay & Miles
- $0.75 – $0.90 CPM
$2,500 Sign On Bonus per driver - Teams average 5,000 – 5,500+ miles/week
- $250 orientation pay + $1,000 vacation pay per teammate
- Annual compensation reviews
- Unlimited referral incentives – $2,000 per hired driver

CDL-A Team Truck Driver Requirements
- Valid CDL-A
- Minimum age: 21
- 6 months of recent OTR or regional CDL-A experience (within the last 3 years)
- Safe driving record
- Must already have a teammate (solo drivers not paired)
