CDL-A Team Truck Driver Pay & Miles

• $0.75 – $0.90 CPM
  $2,500 Sign On Bonus per driver
• Teams average 5,000 – 5,500+ miles/week
• $250 orientation pay + $1,000 vacation pay per teammate
• Annual compensation reviews
• Unlimited referral incentives – $2,000 per hired driver
• Detention, layover & stop pay

CDL-A Team Truck Driver Requirements

• Valid CDL-A
• Minimum age: 21
• 6 months of recent OTR or regional CDL-A experience (within the last 3 years)
• Safe driving record
• Must already have a teammate (solo drivers not paired)
