With consistent, customer-specific freight and dependable mile patterns, this is a route where drivers can build the balance, confidence, and career growth they’ve been searching for.

CDL-A Dedicated Truck Driver Pay & Miles

• $0.62 – $0.66 CPM
• Limited Time $2,500 sign on!
• $250 Orientation Pay + $1,000 vacation pay
• Bi-annual compensation reviews
• Unlimited referral incentives – earn $2,000 per hired driver.
• Detention, layover & stop pay

CDL-A Dedicated Truck Driver Requirements

• Valid CDL-A
• Minimum age: 21
• 12 months of recent OTR or regional CDL-A experience (within the last 3 years)
• Refrigerated experience
• Safe driving record
• Stable work history
