Responsibilities

• Safely operate a CDL-A CMV in compliance with FMCSA regulations
• Transport dry van freight OTR with on-time performance
• Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections
• Maintain accurate logs and trip documentation
• Communicate professionally with dispatch and customers
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Pay & Bonuses

• Starting at $0.60 CPM
• $0.05 CPM for Hazmat loaded miles
• Up to $0.04 CPM monthly bonus
• Weekly pay
• Detention, layover, breakdown & weather delay pay
• Annual raises (½ cent per year)
• Anniversary Pay:
• 1–3 years: $850
• 4–5 years: $1,700
• 6+ years: $2,550
• $225 for major holidays (if out)

Home Time (Varies by Area)

• 2 weeks out → 2 days home
• 3 weeks out → 3–4 days home
• 4 weeks out → 5 days home
• 5 weeks out → 6+ days home
