We’re looking for motivated, safety-minded recent grads ready to hit the road. With hands-on training from a certified mentor and competitive solo pay, you’ll gain the experience you need to build a successful OTR driving career.
What We Offer:

Hands-On Training Program: 4–6 weeks with a certified mentor

Paid Orientation & Training

Weekly Solo Pay: $1,200–$1,500 on average

Home Time: Every 2 weeks

Long-Term Career Path with Ongoing Support
Minimum Requirements:

Valid Class A CDL
-
Must have completed a 120-hour CDL school
-
Must pass a road test and drug screen at orientation
-
No recent major moving violations
-
No recent terminations within the past 6 months
-
No Clearinghouse violations – SAP drivers not accepted at this time
