Solo Pay: $0.54

Weekly min.  guaranteed: $1,350 

New Hire Transition Bonus: $500– paid in full on second paycheck

Pay Increases: $.005 mileage increase every 6 months until top pay ($0.57 solo)

Accessorial Pay: 

Stop Pay – All stop excluding Final: $13.00 Single, $15.00 Team Spilt
Delay pay $18.54 per hour solo and $9.27 per hour team after 15 min free time (does not pay at stop
unless it is a dealer-caused delay

Miles:

1500 Solo / 3000 Team Miles - Averages 8 stops

Schedule: Monday – Friday 1700 - 0030

Freight Types: Touch freight: Automotive Part (cages, totes, loose pieces) 

Home Time:
Home time depends on the route they are on. They could be running solo or in a team. Depending on how far you live from Davenport, you could see home daily or nightly. Flex drivers will be home Saturday night -Sunday night—guaranteed weekend home time. They start back out Monday PM.

Requirements:

? 6 months of recent tractor-trailer experience
? Double preferred but not required on this specific account
? Drivers must be comfortable with maneuvering in downtown Chicago
? The physical requirement is handling, positioning and securing delivery roller cages and lifting
loose boxed parts on the floor and overhead in trailer attic on/off trailer in/out of dealership.
Weight lift/handling range 40 -75 lbs.
