You can always quickly see maintenance history and even summary of repairs and costs by repair code, unit, etc.

One added feature is a map that shows nearby service providers and users can add their own favorites to grow the vendor database. This can default to your current location and is viewable on any device so has a lot of potential to be very powerful tool.
