Once I use a service that I feel is fair and does a good job I get a card in case something happens near them again. I have had a few people that have worked on my truck out of town and I will somes go out of my way to deal with them again.

Good listing, Thanks! Hope this post would be useful for the truckers.

Something to consider is that companies pay money to get listed on Truckdown and competing services. As I understand it, it's a bidding war. The company that bids highest gets listed first, and the 2nd is listed 2nd and so on. It might save some money to avoid calling someone from near the top of the list because they've got to cover the cost of bidding so high.

But that's just tweaking. Truckdown is phenomenal. Thanks.

This is the most helpful thread I have found today on this forum as this is the best information that drivers should have for their safety. There are many service providers in every area, but having knowledge about them is the best.

I use Roadside Masters for my towing. One broken u-joint in Seattle would have cost me $1,200 to tow and the towing for roadside is $350 per year. roadsidemasters.com
