Default Mack T2130 Grinds only from High to Low

1996 Mack with a 13 speed T2130. Tranny grinds when you shift from high to low. When shifting from low to high its fine. Any Ideas?

If you are in slow motion coming to a complete stop, no grinding!
I was told its syncros, but not sure whats involved. My mechanic has the tranny on the ground but we cant get a service manual anywhere. Please help.

Thanks

I would say if your looking for a Mack manual go to the Mack dealer, even if they don't have one they can give you they should have somebody who is knowledgeable enough to get the syncro for you and walk you through the install, it shouldn't be that complicated, I think the one you're looking for should be in the back half of the tranny, although the only Mack transmission I have any experience with(and very little at that) is mine a T309LR.
