Whew, what a couple of weeks it's been!
How's everyone doing? I hope well as always. Just getting back to work after "free", unscheduled time off at home. Can't complain about that! Especially not after last week's set of runs I did. For starters, I opened up the week well ahead of the eight ball with my holiday pay for Labor Day and, a full eight hours of layover. Then on top of it, when I went to Harrisonville, MO I sat at the customer for a total of sixteen hours...and all of it paid ! I just don't know how to handle all of this stuff. Honestly, at times I still have to smack myself to ensure I'm not dreaming with everything we get paid for, especially when the time clock really starts building up higher and higher. Y'all be safe and have fun. I'll be back again later... Week 35 -Jacksonville, FL to Garden City (hook clean tank) -Garden City, GA to Savannah, GA (live load) -Savannah, GA to Oak Grove, KY Gross: $319.49 Miles: 704 Avg.: .453/mile Week 36 -Holiday Pay -Oak Grove, KY (layover), then to Greenfield, IA (customer unload) -Greenfield, IA to Chicago, IL (drop dirty tank) -----Chicago, IL to Millsdale, IL (hook preloaded tank) -----Millsdale, IL to Harrisonville, MO (customer unload) -----Harrisonville, MO to Millsdale, IL (drop dirty tank) -Millsdale, IL to Markham, IL (hook clean tank) -Markham, IL to Morris, IL (live load) -Morris, IL to Claysville, PA (drop loaded tank, hook dirty tank) -Claysville, PA to Markham, IL (drop dirty tank, hook clean tank) -----Markham, IL to Alsip, IL (live load) Gross: $1,758.57 Miles: 3,182 Avg.: .553/mile Superior Carriers, 2007 Totals: Gross: $35,763.40 (.583/mile) Miles: 61,286 Hours: 799.50 (All non-driving hourly pay) Hazmat Loads: 18 Days Working: 180 Days Off: 77 *Totals calculated up to September 09, 2007* |
