Right now the T stands for T the M stands for M and the C stands for C. TMC, that is all it stands for. :D Years ago it stood for "The Mickow Corporation." The Mickow brothers started it and owned it before Annett Holdings purchased it.

Congrats Duce .
I know you learned a lot, but anything that stands out that you can share for us soon to be schooled in the art of truck driving? :)

Congrats Duce!!!!

Do you have any pics of your adventures? It seems to be a "tradition" if you will, among TMC drivers as well as interesting for the rest of us.

Hey Duce.

Glad you're out. I'm starting my 4th week this week, and we gonna Team drive from now on. I wonder if i could get cut loose early... anyways. Have you found out more about that parking spot up in Jersey? I have one in south Jersey, but that's 1.5 hours away from home, whereas the Tappan Zee is about 30 minutes... PM me some details please...

Cheers

TMC Fuel Stops

In great part because of the inspiration and guidance of BoyNextDoor, I have created a Streets and Trips Database/Map with all the TMC Fuel stops in the US. None in Canada, you can look it up in the fuel book.

I used the coordinates provided by Pilot, eliminated all the non-TMC stops. Because the TA and Petro coordinates were inaccurate (Like TA's and Petro's in the middle of national parks, etc), I looked up those and the independents on this place: http://www.gpsvisualizer.com/convert?form=address , and manually inputted the crap into the database. Hey, I was bored watching pregame shows!

The accuracy of those coordinates are subject to this disclaimer- "If anything is screwed up, it ain't my fault. If you drive into anything, or get lost, because Streets & Trips tells you to because of this here thing, YOU are the dope! Use the file at your own risk."

If you would like a copy of this file, PM me and I will send it to you via e-mail.

If you see any coordinate discrepancies, let me know and I will attempt to fix them. I didn't have the time to put the TMC facilities stuff into the Pilot stops.
