well the landstar thing might be true...but the op was asking about landtrans. way to pay attention.

jd's right, but I was just looking at another ad looking for company drivers for Landstar. Don't thinks this one sounds too good either. Getting paid % after Lanstar takes out their cut.

Landstar doesn't have "company" drivers. They own no trucks, they do have BCOs who do. Check the link. BOL

Thanks for the help, I know Landstar is 100% o/o. I guess this is a small fleet owner leased to Landstar. I was saying getting a percentage of the pay after Landstar gets their cut doesn't sound like much. Not sure, just going of the info given in the add.
