When I found out we have a baby on the way and came home from OTR I applied for a lot of LTL companies around my area. The only offer I got was from a local company that I applied for b/c I found it while I was on the way to Southeastern. I had to take it b/c I needed the money coming in. This is not even close to what I wanted in a job. There are no benefits and the pay is only $14/hr.

I've been there almost a month and today I finally got a call from Central Freightlines. A new terminal manager is taking over Monday and said my name ended up on his computer screen somehow (I applied online). He wants to meet with me this week and it sounds like there's a good chance I will get hired. I'm pretty excited about the opportunity.

Does anyone here have any experience w/ Central Freightlines? How are they as a company? Pay? Benefits?
