Never worked for them but know a few of the drivers out of the MD DC. Unload your own freight at the customers. All customers are foodservice warehouses(Sysco, US Foods, PFG, small regional foodservice compaines). None of then had anything bad to say about the company. Equipment is decent and taken care of, the drivers are paid nicely(from what they tell me), decent hometime. If you don't mind physical work, it doesn't seem to bad.

Like Double R said, they unload their groceries by hand. They must have a warehouse in Lubbock (TX), because I see their trucks all the time.
I'm not a fan of Volvo trucks, but they have nice looking equipment. You might ask about their equipment, just to know before hand. Seems like they run slower than 65.

Might vary by DC. I know the the MD guys can do faster then that. I use to run back with the driver that delivered to the company that I use to work for. Would meet up in Breezewood early friday AM and run back together, but he liked to get a good lead so he got get to the dock first  .

That's true.
The reason I said that, is because our trucks run 65, and we pass their trucks quite a bit.
Stinkin governors.

I've talked to a few of the drivers out of the Mt Sterling, IL center and they all seem happy, think they are at least 68 mph and make 60-70k.
