[Polish Pilot]

Has anyone on here had any experience working this schedule of 2 wks on and 1 wk off for Schneider. Thank's in advance

I never worked on it but I did ask one schneider driver about it when I was going to apply for it. He said it is very hard to find enough drivers to want to do it and when they do find two more drivers in your area willing to run it there is the whole smoking/non-smoking and other stuff that needs to be worked out. He also said that a couple of drivers he knew on it liked it but that they weren't making a much as they would if they had run systems for schneider but they liked the extra hometime.

Yea if you like taking a HUGE pay cut. The home run is a ploy to get "newbie" drivers sucked in.

I just finished my year with Schneider. Take my advise, find another company. Because before you year is up you will be counting the days.

2 weeks in a truck with 2 days at home is torture. There are MUCH better company's out there you just gotta fine em.

There is one plus with Schneider. They do have a lot of dedicated accounts. And if you can find one that pays you a salary then I would jump on it. My last 3 months with Schneider I ran a Yard Jockey 8hrs a day 5-6 days a week payed me 715 a week plus overtime. Home every night.
