For starters you are not going to get good responses here for that.

1. As apprentice your pay is about 350.00 a week in which you will be takin your draw of 100. so 250. if that.
For about three weeks

2. Then there is CAT where they send you with Lease operator. you get paid little per mile. Three weeks.

3. Then depending on if you go company or lease very very little after that. Good luck hope you have other money to get you through all that.
You should have already been told all this, although maybe your just getting confirmation.

Thanks for the reply. Starting school monday with roadmaster. got a pre-hire letter from CRE. Was told i could opt for another company that comes through school, but just checking on pay overall.

I've been, and still am, researching the right company to start with. From what I've seen about CRE, I'd rather drive a truckload of dog :dung: :dung: cross-country than drive for them.

If roadmaster is PTDI certified you could go with Crete and be far better off than you could ever hope to be at CRE. You could easily make $40,000 or better your first year and after one year you would jump to .41cpm which could get you into the upper $50,000 range if you are willing to work for it.

He has a felony so his options are limited.

haha, that brings back up a good old memory..when someone driving a bus once said..hey dispatch what's your 20? haha. sorry for hijacking the thread..moving right along.

Good luck with CRE heard a lot of bad things about it, but there was one guy who seemed to like it. I haven't seen him around in awhile though, If I see that post I will let ya know..plus do a search you can find a lot of interesting facts about that company. But I wish you the best good luck!

CRE would be the company of last resort. I have been told many dissappointing stories by drivers at that company. Some of them I couldn't help, while others hired on at CFI.
