Default DAC question

If you meet all the requirements for hire as stated on a companies web site or application and then they turn you down when they do a DAC report is there anything you can do? Here is what I am thinking. If you are planning on driving teams and the other team member does a lease/purchase option can he/she choose the team member without having to worry about the company running a DAC?

That person would still have to come up to company standards including DAC even though it is lease/purchase you would still have to pass all company requirements I would think.

Default Thanks

Yeah I kind of figured that. I have had no problem at all getting on with the smaller companies. I had a couple of DUII convictions that are older than 9 years now. They don't show up on my driving record but do on my DAC Seems like nobody wants to take a chance on you no matter what you have done. It is funny because I have worked in surgery, research and they don't even worry that much about history that is that old. I really hate the fact that DAC can go back that far!!!

Just bcause DAC goes back that far does not mean the company goes back that far. I know some companies go back 5-7 years for that. As long as you are otherwise clean you may not have a problem.
