We don't care if you commited a crime 20 years ago, we were all young once. However we have high expections and pay acccordingly.

Thank you Mike, I appreciate that. I don't know if it's guts or stupidity but nonetheless I'm here. Definitely a lot harder and much more complicated than I thought. Plus really the industry has changed so much it's incredible.
