Don't know about pay and benefits but be prepared to do a lot of hand unloading and pallet break downs. They deliver to the place I work and have to break down the pallets. Talking to the drivers they seem happy. Try it, you might find to like.

By the way they would be opening a Dist. center there. They are a redisturbutor to the food service industry. You will unload at places like Sysco and U.S. foods and such. And DOT foods is based in Mt.Sterling,IL with warehouses throughout the country. They DO NOT manufacture anything.
