Why wouldn't they go? It's not like they are bailing out. They've got the best record in the NFC, an NFL record 12 pro bowlers including one of the best young QB's and probably THE best young defensive player in the game in Ware. Outside of the ugly loss to the Giants last week, they've had an absolutely banner year and nothing else to be ashamed of...except for the Giants debacle, of course. But it's over, it's done with, and hopefully they'll be better because of it.
Success turns heads. Parcells was on the cusp with the Cowboys before he retired and he knew it; Phillips benefited greatly from the groundwork he laid. As Dolphins GM, Parcell's is going after what he knows will work. The Dolphins got a great head coach, at Dallas' loss. They've got a great director of scouting, again at Dallas' loss. Other teams are gunning for Garret, which would be an even greater loss to Dallas if Jones lets it happen. I'm not convinced Jones will let Garrett go, though. He's already said he will match any offer - whether that means a promotion to head coach or a matching salary with a guarantee to be the Cowboy's next head coach down the line, remains to be seen.
So, in the end, there's nothing bad about Dallas losing coaches. It's because of their success, period. To say otherwise is ignorant at best.

Try reading again-I said Assistant coaches are Leaving-that was all
And if you know football you know that Pro-Bowl voting is sometimes a joke-It all depends on who has the best PR Machine going and how large a City the team is in-There's players much more deserving of Pro Bowl Nods but didn't get in with better stats.
Guess they kept Garret and I'm guessing that in the not too distant future he'll be the Head Coach in a year or two

No kidding, Sherlock.
My point covered 3 assistants...well, two and the director of scouting.

ROTFLMAO!
Just let me know if you want to take any more shots at me. I read PMs...maybe you should take it there.

Or better yet, just drop it all together. It's getting old. It's a sport, not life. And I'm still going to enjoy eating at Red Lobster on your dime, despite the nasty comments.
So there.

By the way, Jackrabbit379. The deal with Garrett is apparently in the neighborhood of $3 million a year, as the assistant head coach, roughly what Phillips is making as head coach. My guess is that Phillips will be under the gun to make the Super Bowl next year, or he'll be gone and Garrett will take over.
Frankly, I'm still a bit surprised that Jones didn't deep-six him already. Cowboys should have been there this year. But they're still relatively young and the Cowboys should be able to keep the team largely intact over the offseason, so they should be the favorite to get there next year. I think T.O. still has one more year on his contract and I think he knows they are close, so I don't see him leaving for greener pastures. Besides, he and Romo are tight and he knows that will be hard to rebuild with someone else. Like him or hate him, he's the deep threat that makes everything else work so well. I'll say this about T.O...as one of his most avid haters in the past, he's impressed me this year with is attitude and team-first mentality. He's definitely changed and I find myself beginning to grudgingly like the guy.
As far as Sparano goes, with Parcels above him, he should be able to make the Dolphins into a decent team again. Hate that the Cowboys lost him, but he's a good coach and deserves a shot at being a head coach.
