Eh its nice but what is so great about it? It's rather small and there's not a whole lot of parking. No full service restaurant. Also when fueling, one has to toss the fuel pump up under the truck to get to the other side. There aren't fule pumps on both side, and the pumps are located on the right side. So when fueling tractor and reefer, you have to toss it under and back twice, when pulling up. That is a really bad set up; I haven't seen it anywhere else.
No full service restaurant.
Yes, there
IS one. It's just NOT in the same building as the fuel desk. You have to go down the sidewalk on the north side of the parking lot and into the
HOTEL part. Upstairs (I believe it is) there is a
VERY nice and classy restaurant!
I was almost ashamed to go IN there dressed like a trucker!
And yes, the showers there are very nice!
As for the fuel pumps and reefers.... pull up to where the pump is abreast of your catwalk. You should be able to easily pass the pump (with a very long hose) across the catwalk to the passenger side tank, then bring it back and get the reefer without having to move the truck. This actually beats having to pull up like at MOST "dual pump" fuel islands.
You said they were on the RIGHT side, but I believe if you pull over to the left, there are pumps on the left side. Either way, "center" your truck and I believe you can get all three tanks (through the catwalk) without having to move.
However, I
DO prefer the regular two pump setup at OTHER truckstops.
