Chance at oil field work this 2012 winter?
Good Morning,
I am looking to get in the oil field work with it's high pay, long hours, extreme weather, new skills and travel. My question is if I have a chance to work there? getting an RV is not a problem. I have my PEC Safeland and Sea; Journeyman Electrician; CDL A, HAZMAT, Tanker; H2s Instructor, CPR, AED, First Aid Instructor; 40 General Industry Safety; Notary Public; Security Armed; OCAT Instructor; Clean driving record and drug use. Experienced in computers (Microsoft, Adobe, Maximo, SAP, Cirus, DX, Stock and Roll), logistics, operations, subcontracts, electrical, General Labor Foreman (Building, Grounds, Road, City Service Maintenance), truck driving (Stevens Transport and on camps in Iraq). I am 50 and use to working outside. Actually wore a light coat when the temperature dropped to 100 degrees from 130 in Iraq. LOL Any good (and up to date) advice is appreciated. |
