LTL question

LTL question
Right off the bat this is a silly question but I want to know. I always see LTL pulling anywhere from one to three of those pup(shorter) trailers around. Question is has there ever been someone who tried to pull more than that? I know that it probably isn't legal but was there ever an experiment to see how many could be pulled before the wiggle factor got to be too much?

110 wheels on that 2nd road train. Those Australians pull some crazy weight. :shock:

Yeah and on top of that the guy cant even stay on his own side of the road! He's gonna kill someone!

With that set up aleast they would have a reason to take up more then 1 space in a truckstop and I don't think there any backing up.
Sure would be a pain to take a wrong turn on a dead end residential street

I've pulled triples before, in higher winds with light or empty trailers it is no fun at all. |
