If you hear or see something once then not a big deal but if you see the same thing over and over again, that should be a HUGE warning sign. You do see alot of very positive posts on Crete/Shaffer etc. If I personally was going to roll the dice with someone, I think that Crete would be a better bet. BOL But, what I really want to know is Where is this MW Regional Shaffer Fleet-- never knew we had one. We got a Wal-Mart Dedicated out of Bentonville, Ar--- Where do you live?

The turnover rates in that crappy biz are through the roof. Because OTR robs you of your life as a husband, father, and citizen for pennies on the dollar. Run away unless you want to waste your life sitting at the dock of the bay for no money and hope for a parking spot in some nasty, piss-stained truckstop. Then baby-sit the company's freight and equipment over the weekend. Go to college, learn a trade...do something positive with your life. OTR is a job of last resort for those with no prospects.
