3 yrs. ago I was denied entry because of a pending dui which was dropped,but the arrest showed up but the fact the charges were dropped did not. I was told by the officer that I should check with the state police here and so on. I was curious if anyone here had a similar experience or any suggestions? Last summer I had to renew my CDL w/ haz.mat. did the background checks and fingerprints etc,90 days prior to the test, now Illinois uses a differnet vendor who I paid etc. and they tell me they have no record of my background check. I had all of the receipts,state police tracking numbers etc.,called TSA they tell me they were waiting for the state police to release my records,I called the state police they told me they sent my records. So for now I dropped my Haz mat, I might need it in the future any helpful feed back would be appreciated Thanx.
