holy cow. nobody?

A 15 has a U shift patten, meaning the "Big" hole is a forward movement of the stick. If you wrap your hand around the front of the shift handle, you tend to punch the dashboard, informing you the shift is complete.

All 15's are knuckle breakers then? you're kidding me. I haven't hit my knuckles once.

not all of them, they were big in cabovers, especially KW cabovers.

I thought something seemed a little off about this. I pulled the 15 speed out of the lineup today and took it out for a pick up...top cog is back and to the right....same as 13's, 10's & 18's

I think he is right. I wasnt driving trucks then, but I remember the term. It was a Fuller tranny (now Eaton) and KW used them in K100s.
