Depends on the model trans. RTO xxxx15 transmissions have the "U" shift pattern.

ok. the 15 we have is an RTLO....basically a 10 with 5 gears of deep reduction. It's in an '85 T600. never had a K100......

If its a double overdrive its a "knuckle breaker", not ALL 15 speeds are double overs, some had only 1 overdrive.

Also a double over would be an RTOOxxx15

18 speeds are double overs, but have something that turns the last shift around so its in the "normal" position (rearwards and back)

There were 13 double overs also, but were/still kinda rare.
