Default ryder rental trucks

Does ryder offer trucks for rent with wet-lines or blowers on them??

Short term rental like a week at most.

Yes and no it is possible but unlikely for that short term. We had a penske rental truck that had a blower on it we didn't need it for what we did, it was just off a long term lease. You could call and ask you local rental place.

Just a question i had. I know on a long term truck you can do alot to them. I just didn't know about short term.

Reason i ask is cuz I'm just thinking out loud. But a buddy of mine with 3 tri/axle dumps stocks a small concrete place. They are un-happy with Venezia the company that hauls the dry-bulk for them. Their contract is up at the end of the year. They will be looking for a new trucking company to take it over. So i was just thinking about it thats all.

I was thinking if i only had one tractor and it went down for a couple days. The concrete plant still needs their cement so i would still have to get it there one way or another. So i was thinking about a Ryder truck with a blower. If they even offered it.

Go down and talk to your local rep. It's not the kind of equipment they would spec for the rental fleet, but as was mentioned, they probably have some inventory in the system that came off lease. Your local guy should be able to tell you if it's out there and how far away. If it became something you wanted to do, he could probably get one relocated to the local office.
