I would prefer to buy rather than lease. It depends on your personal circumstances. You can often get into a lease with less money down but may pay a higher interest rate. You can deduct the entire lease payment but would need to depreciate the truck when you buy. I looked at paclease at one time. I found their rates to be higher than I could get with conventional financing. Besides, I prefer to purchase older trucks and with paclease you need to buy new or newer, so I understand, and that will result in paying more for a truck. I have met drivers who have gone through paclease and they seem to like leasing a truck. I would hate to have their payments, especially today.

i looked in to paclease and it was like pulling teeth! they more or less told me if i'm not leasing 4+ trucks they dont want to lease to me.. witch is fine i dont need them. i looked in to leasing from idealease, ryder, penskee etc. NOT WORTH IT imo. you still need a depost to get your monthly payment/bill to where you want.. you turn it in and what do you have? its a never ending payment.

as i said in another thread if i have any luck and get work that is good enough to where i can get a new truck, i'd go to fritzgered (i think thats it ) in tenn. and buy a new gilder with an older motor and save some money. just me tho.

I would rather buy than lease when you buy it its youre truck do what you want with it and most likely youre payments would be probably the same weather you lease or buy.It also depends on how long you plan to drive 1-2 years then go lease 4-5 years buy a truck.

You can find some of them by doing a search for equipment leasing companies. Some leasing companies only do business within a certain region.
